What does your body need to keep up with you? You may run a car – would you try and run it when it has no gas or oil in it? How far would it go? So how long do you expect your body to run daily in your daily life when you may not be fueling it correctly or enough? The rise in the incidence of diabetes with blood pressure all together can be directly linearly be relative in some cases to the amount of dietary large damage caused by too much carbohydrate and salt intake in the daily diet for us… Maybe you need to think about the type of fuel you are fueling it with!
A healthy food lifestyle should include a healthy diet such as vegan diet,and raw diet. Taking time to ensure you are filling your body with the right amount of nutrition does not mean cutting back or eating nothing at all.
