While most of us think of putting gifts under the tree, how many of you have seen people put a model train running under the tree? Or have cheap Amoxil you done it yourself?
I see ones that have a large-scale LGB toy train running in a circle under the tree. My own tree, I’ve used HO scale, which is much smaller, and allows room for buildings and scenery.

My parents had a train for awhile then my mom got this cool snow slide lookin thing that had little plastic penguins go around the tree then slide down the slide. It was fun for the grandkids.

We have a Santa train set up under our tree. We have a HO scale that we could put under there also.

That is something I would love to do. My husband has a very large model train set. It’s been stored in boxes because we don’t have a room in the house to set it up (we’d need a room just for it)
Putting a smaller scale under the tree is something i would love to do, but when my children are about 12 and i can start to trust them not to wreck it. But that would defeat the purpose for me, because if i was going to do it, it would be something i would set up for them. I know some people have their children so well tarined they won’t touch anything, but mine are too curious.
So yes, it’s something I would LOVE to do, it would give us a chance to see a part of my husbands collection for a few weeks every year, but with the children, i don’t think it will happen. in general, i think it looks beautiful, especially when the tunnel through presents.
    Merry Christmas!

p.s. it sucks that they are trying to start calling it a "holiday tree"
