I cant find that … I cant find that steam piston on utube, ok, its just a piston with holes in it and its spun in water to make steam from the friction. The electric motor goes before it and runs off the same batteries, you might put a bigger electric engine at the end, big enough to run a car. The Steam piston claims to produce 170% of power put on it. Plenty enough to make electricity for an electric car engine.
You seem to have an … You seem to have an ablity with machines, here is an idea you might work on. Look at the steam piston here on Utube. It spins in water and makes steam, hook that up to a steam engine then to generator then batteries then an electric engine then back to the steam engine. If you do it right the engine will run on water.
